What you should know about your holiday in Gastein

Children’s discounts:
Cot € 25,- per night , children up to 2 years 70%, children from 3 to 6 years 50% , children aged 7 to 10 years 40%, children from 11 to 14 years 30%

Single room / short-term stays
Double room for single use is possible on request: summer € 20,-/night  – winter € 35,-/night. Likewise, short breaks are welcome . Short stay supplement (till 3 nights) € 5, –

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in Aktivhotel Gasteiner Einkehr – € 20,- per night. (without food) Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant or in the wellnessarea.

Arrival and departure:
On arrival we provide the room from 14.00 pm , on the departure day we ask you please to leave before 10.00 am the room .

Booking:

Cancellation:
Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing . Should you cancel , arrive later or leave early , fall cancellation fee . This means : You may cancel your booking without charge up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
From 6 weeks up to 7 days prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee ist 50 % of th cost of the booking.
When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90 % of the cost of your booking. In case of no show or early departure 100 % will be charged.

Travel insurance:

Things do not always turn out as expected. So sometimes a booked holiday must be cancelled on short notice or terminated. This anger and the unnecessary expenses we would like to spare for you. That is why we recommend the optimal protection of the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (including helicopter rescue and more).
