At Aktivhotel Gasteiner Einkehr, we have two certified hiking guides: Gustl and Robert, our two owners:

Both of them are passionate hikers, have successfully passed examinations to become certified hiking guides in Salzburg, and know Gastein’s mountain world like their back pockets.

On 3 to 4 weekly guided hiking tours in summer, our guides will show you the secrets and rich diversity of our fascinating mountain world in the Hohe Tauern range – they are always there to provide all the information you might need, pay close attention to the group’s needs and wishes, and will point out even the smallest details in nature.

At the beginning of your hiking holiday, we will be happy to introduce you to the basics of hiking, so that you are well-prepared for the hiking tours ahead of you.
